职位描述：
岗位职责：
"1.根据工作流程及服务标准，接听会员电话，接待上门会员，受理业务咨询等；
2.根据租车标准流程，处理租车相关业务环节，如验车、送车、接车等；
3.根据管理规定，进行门店所属车辆的维护工作，包括洗车、加油、维修保养等；
4.定期向店长汇报工作计划和工作情况，完成店长布置的其他工作。"
任职资格：
"1.高中或中专以上（含）学历；
2.须持有C1本以上驾照，能熟练驾驶自动档车辆；
3.普通话标准；
4.有客服、酒店、旅游等行业工作经验者优先。

备注：公司就近分配工作地点。
