职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Support for consolidating all external (supplier) Innovations for the relevant Technologies / material groups in innovation management and review together with regional innovation coordinator and the local development department.
2. Support regional innovation coordinator to prepare and execute the yearly Innovation Day Asia in collaboration with Central Innovation management.
3. Support the timely involvement of suppliers in Brose product development process with focus on quality improvement, cost and or weight reduction and faster time-to-market launch.
4. Support to create development / pre-development orders to development partners in collaboration with contract management and centralized law, with the goal of generating technically and/or commercially competitive advantages.
5. Maintain and track the activity list / Innovation Database.
6.Implementation of supplier development programs and performance of continuous improvement projects with key suppliers
7.Realization of improvement potential for existing suppliers through the planning, conduction and facilitation of onsite supplier workshops
8.Promotion and set up of a continuous improvement and lessons learned process between the supplier and Brose
9. Execution of measures to improve the performance of suppliers and increase profitability
10.Steady monitoring and improvements of the supplier base

Main requirements:
1.At least three years commercial degree with up to five years of regular study duration in supplier chain or innovation management. Or three years of professional experience in CIP/production/industrial engineering/quality in the automotive supply industry
2.Entrepreneurial mindset. Analytical skills. Extensive technological understanding. Automotive market knowledge and its development.
