职位描述：
Job Description:
? Assist in operational excellence implementation and business process improvement projects
? Conduct current processes and procedures review for identifying improvement chances on a regular basis and propose feasible solutions to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness
? Proactively challenge the status quo and facilitate the re-engineering process
? Work closely with different internal departments to capture and analyze users’ requirements for training materials preparation
? Assist in training courses design and preparation for improving the Six Sigma knowledge of staff
? Co-ordinate and conduct the Lean Six Sigma training course independently
? Prepare related reports with recommendations for Management’s review
? Foster “Continuous Improvement” culture across the unit with key stakeholders by enhancing their improvement awareness
Technical Skills：
? Degree or above in Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines, preferably with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational lean manufacturing environment, business process redesign of food manufacturing would be a definite advantage
? Preferably with knowledge of operations/production of food industry /airline catering
? Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is an essential.
? Ability in frequent travel
? Proficiency in Microsoft office including Excel, Word, Access, Visio
? Proactive, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
? Good interpersonal skill, ability to work with all levels stakeholder and cultural sensitive
? Self-motivated and open-minded with “Can-do” attitude and “roll-up-sleeves” character
