职位描述：

一、工作职责：（此岗位偏重工厂厂务维修方面）

1、生产设备的保养计划实施

2、定期完成设备巡检工作

3、必须能读懂电气图纸，并且会使用各种各样的电气测量仪器

4、最好擅长液压，气动以及电气的技能

5、维修所有的马达，开关，齿轮和各种电气和机械的故障

6、修复或替换有缺陷的电气设备和安装新的电气设备

7、执行各种各样的设备维修工作，包括熟悉使用各种焊接

8、每天负责区域整理清洁

9、能配合电气工程师/制造工程师/模具工程师调试设备

10、能看根据电气图纸独立装配电控箱，操作能力强

11、有安装和调试变频器方面的经验
12、能诊断基本的电气故障，并及时作出相应的方案解决

13. 熟悉非标零件的测绘和制造流程

14. 熟悉加热/真空/冲压/机械手设备者优先

15. 有良好的自我保护意识

二、要求：

1、相关工作5年以上，中技以上学历

2、电工中级以上优先，持有效电工低压证及高压证（必须）

3、熟悉加工设备使用者优先

4、最好具备铲车证

5、能进行三班作业，自己解决交通问题

6、积极学习，主动沟通，吃苦耐劳

7、工作积极，负责任，服从上级的工作安排
