职位描述：
The main objective of the Mobility Lab function is to assure the quality and reliability of new products and systems. For this purpose the FA engineer do the analysis related job in projects (including product developments and technology projects) after test failure found.

Context:

Ø The Engineer reports to Lab Manager directly
Ø Key working relationships:
o Member of the Quality Team in Automotive Lamps and Mobility.
o Contacts to internal team for failure analysis related.
Ø Key Performance Indicators
o % of on time delivery on failure analysis related based on project planning and test application.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Ø Make the analysis plan to fulfill the analysis required
Ø Take lead corresponding department to dig out the failure cause
Ø FA equipment maintenance and instrument calibration
Ø Support R&D / Quality team to do the analysis
Ø Other tasks assigned by Lab Manager
Personal background:
Ø Major in electron
Ø No less than 1 year electrical working experience
Ø Better can read English report and test standards
Ø Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 is preferred 举报 分享
