职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 帮助客户企业招聘中高端人才；
2. 进行相关侯选人简历的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选；
3. 针对性搜集人才信息，通过各种渠道快速寻访候选人，进行初步评估将推荐合适的候选人；
4. 根据客户职位信息，分析研究客户的需求，协助顾问顺利完成该职位；
5. 整理候选人推荐报告；
6. 学习行业知识的同时操作项目。


任职资格：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，愿意在人力资源领域长期发展；
2. 有一年以上猎头业务经验，尤其是具有金融IT、互联网IT等行业背景者优先考虑；
3. 有一定的分析和判断力，较强的语言沟通表达能力，学习能力佳；
4. 目标意识明确，结果导向，主动性强，具有强烈的进取心；
5. 善于与人沟通，有一定的客户服务意识，思维缜密，关注细节；
6. 良好的团队协作意识，能够承受较大的工作压力，具有高度的责任感

福利待遇：
1. 工作时间：做五休二，其他节假日按照国家法定执行；
2. 薪资：3k-4k无责底薪+15%~30%项目提成，每月10K以上！连续3个月完成绩效任务，底薪按层级提升；
