职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
A. Credit Controlling
a. Formulate and develop credit policy according to the global guideline, providing training to sales and other staff
b. Review and oversee the credit risk to conduct the credit survey, assess and confirm the credit exposure and payment term to support sales to standardize and improve the payment term in contract
c. Daily check the sales order and handle order releasing and blocking, settle the pending order
B. AR Management
a. Monitor the account receivable and closely work with sales/marketing team to follow up the past due outstanding. Coordinate and communicate with internal and external person to collect the payment timely and improve collection performance
b. Provide weekly AR aging report to sales team and management, conduct AR meeting with sales to review and discuss on solution for overdue accounts
c. Take reasonable action on the long-aged outstanding default. Cooperate with law firm to take non-litigation or legal action d. Maintain the customer’s and representative’s payment history
C. Cash Flow and Banking Management
a. Monitor daily cash flow-in and provide cash flow forecast to ensure the safety of company cash pooling b. Check and handle the bank draft, guarantee bond, letter of credit.

Qualifications:
A. Bachelor degree with major in accounting
B. 3 to 5 years internal audit experience in multinational company or auditing firms
C. Ability to analyze processes and identify control weakness
D. Good skills on audit report writing and presentation E. Proficient in English speaking and writing skills. 举报 分享
