职位描述：
1.负责软件产品的售前、售后技术支持。
2.公司内部及运营相关人员进行产品宣讲及培训。
3.收集用户意见，及时反馈研发人员、技术支持人员，协助对产品进行升级、改进、定制开发等。
4.统计分析。定期汇总、分析数据，报告相关人员。

任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，理工科专业背景；
2、具备优秀的学习能力，能短期内熟悉科技产品原理构造；
3、了解软件编程，有少量编程经验者优先； 举报 分享
