职位描述：
2. Manage and lead activities to improve supplier quality performance for the Low Cost Countries supplier base.

3. Resolve and prevent quality problem re-occurrence.

4. Lead and carry out Process Audits and Run@Rates at the supplier’s plant.

5. Support purchasing engineer with supplier selection.

6. Support efforts to fully realize cost saving opportunities in Low Cost Country.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university. Mechanical engineering degree preferred.

Above (5) years supplier quality experience.

Professional knowledge of quality-related rules, such as TS 16949 and VDA6.3. Familiar with APQP and PPAP processes.

Excellent written and Verbal Mandarin and English. German is also preferred.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
