职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

? works with QMO Manager to establish and implement QMS internal audit .
? Responsible to correlate internal audit results to NC data base.
? Responsible to analyze NC data base for systemic failures and or corrective action opportunities .
? Supports coordinating external audit schedules with QMO Manager and participates it.
? Responsible to support Quality Manual document, procedure and work instruction improvements and updates as agreed to by Quality and functional managers.
? Support the project milestone owner to implement it effectively and follow the open issue until it is closed.
? When required support internal buy-off for quality assurance.
? When required supports continuous improvement activities i.e. Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma projects, value engineering, lean manufacturing, etc.
? When required lead and or support internal/external 8D and similar activities.
? Identify opportunities and recommend changes that improve the Quality Manual / System.
? Identify opportunities and recommend changes that improve productivity, reduce cost, eliminate waste and improve the business.


Requirement:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
? 3+ years senior QA and verification experience, project management experience is a plus.
? Familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949 system. Understand PDCA, APQP, PPAP, SPC and FEMA and so on;
? Use of appropriate interpersonal style(s) and communication methods to work effectively with project teams
? Coordination, strong communication skills, team spirit, independent work
? Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
? WCM/ Lean Manufacturing experience & PMP cert etc. can be plus. 举报 分享
