Major Accountabilities:
? Ensuring all accounting systems are reconciled on a daily basis.
? Preparing reports/returns as directed.
? Processing/checking customer deposits and remittance business.
? Process customer account opening / closing.
? Prepare loans related accounting entries.
? Process Treasury transactions for MM/FX products.
? Taking full responsibility for assigned customer enquiries, concerns and complaints by resolving those matters within assigned time frames and standards.
? Maintaining the confidentiality of customer information.
? Preparing general correspondence relative to customer/outside enquires.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years of experience in FX/MM back office role.
? Good working knowledge of corporate banking and commercial products and services.
? Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
? Team player with good organizational skills to deliver on various assignments and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
