Staffing Consultant Requirements:

You will be responsible for devising strategic recruitment strategies, advising on best practice, ensuring that you have an in-depth understanding of the clients business and needs and always ensuring that the service being provided by yourself and the wider recruitment team is first rate.

This position is suited to someone who has previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector; however, we are also very interested in speaking to people who have a strong RPO or in-house recruitment background where the main focus has been on quality and delivery.

You will be responsible for devising strategic recruitment strategies, advising on best practice, ensuring that you have an in-depth understanding of the clients business and needs and always ensuring that the service being provided by yourself and the wider recruitment team is first rate.



Education and Experience Requirements:

University degree preferred
A minimum of 5 years recruitment experience required
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences or Technology industry experience a plus
IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong internet research skills
