职位描述：
? Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
? Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
? Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise the external auditors as necessary
? Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions
? Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
? Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy
? Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable , taxation and payroll
? Establish and maintain good relations with local tax authority to ensure compliance with China tax law and obtain all possible tax preference
? Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
? Negotiate with Bank for lines of credit or other financial services as required and appropriate
? Establish the performance metrics for monitoring the performance of business growth as well as the productivity and savings initiatives, set goals and track for performance improvements.
? Be responsible for the overall budget and forecasting processes, including the development of the Operating budget for the organization, explanation of performance against the budget, goals, and headcount/OPEX.
? Be an influential business partner, providing solid business judgment, strong controllership
? Support Finance Director on projects, new initiatives and planning
? Build and maintain the trust relationship with different internal and external partners , governments 举报 分享
