职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责所有发票和员工报销单据的整理及管理工作；
2. 每月通过财务软件打印凭证，并进行相关管理；
3. 根据需要前往银行及税务局开具相关证明材料；
4. 每月及时完成票据开具及对账工作；
5. 保管并整理增值税专用发票抵扣联，配合相应同事做认证抵扣；
6. 通过发票防伪网站对收到的发票进行真伪认证；
7. 完成领导交代的其他文职工作。

岗位要求：
1. 财务管理等相关专业，大专及以上学历，应届生或1-2年相关工作经验者皆可；
2. 熟练掌握财务相关知识，熟悉国家财经法律、法规、章程和方针、政策；
3. 具有较好的计算机操作能力，能够熟练使用Office办公软件和财务软件；
4. 做事仔细负责，有较强的团队合作意识及沟通协调能力；
