职位描述：
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
 1. To provide technical support to customer in composite application,
 2. Be a member of the technical team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 1. Complete the assigned projects according to the requirements in time and technical communication with customers.
 2. Trouble shooting and on site color matching for customers.
 3. Competitor information collection.
 4. Connect with other departments to make project run smoothly.
 5. Coordination for project resources and process with sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 1. Bachelor degrees of Polymer science, Chemical engineering or related subjects
 2. Experience with thermoset technical work is required. Familiar with the process and components of thermoset especial for SMC, BMC, Pultrusion
 3. Experience with color science is required and can match color independently to meet customer requirement
 4. Independent work, trouble shooting and project management
 5. Good communication with customers
 6. Good English skill and can write, read in daily work
 7. Willing to travel and challenge
