Overview:
This person has full responsibility for day to day EC planning activities on the brand(s) assigned. She/he is overall in charge of handling the daily operational work in alignment with the line manager and the digital planning team.
The role will involve working on China’s largest FMCG advertiser and will provide exposure and involvement in the overall digital media strategy. Candidates are expected to be in touch with industry ecommerce media trends, practices and updates and have a good relationship with ecommerce vendors to implement the job.
Responsibility:
The job will require you to
? Understand fundamentals of the client’s business and role and importance of Ecommerce
? Develop business building plans and manage day to day Ecommerce operational work for a set of client brands
? Ensure projects are on track while adhering to campaign objectives.
? Work with client Ecommerce team as well as digital creative, ecommerce partner agency(s), AOR and vendors to integrate presentations and reporting, facilitating good working process and relationships
? Analysis of competing brand’s activity, and past activity (measured by sales response) to help define future ecom strategies
? Learn and work on Ecommerce tools with analytical mindset
? Up to date with latest the category and brand share insights that can help drive regular campaigns and also innovations
? Daily reporting to line manager and timely escalation of issues to ensure proper handling and managing of jobs
Desired Skills and Experience
? 2-3 years proven experience of digital/ecommerce and account service in an eCommerce agency (strongly preferred) or media/digital agency
? Strong understanding of eCommerce operations
? Analytical; able to analyze data, both our clients and competition and take action based on findings.
? Candidate must be self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
? Bilingual English & Chinese reading & writing.
