职位描述：
Key responsibilities:主要职责

1. Analysis of customers’ requests (parts drawings, productivity, machine configuration, …);分析用户需求（零件图纸、产量要求、机床工序布局等）
2. Definition of working cycle/sequence based on machines concept (splitting up cutting processes based on requested quality and cycle time);根据机床工作原理确定加工顺序及工艺（根据产品质量和节拍要求，拆分切削加工工艺）
3. Definition and setting the list of needed cutting tools确定所需的刀具明细
4. Development of parts clamping fixture concepts提出零件夹持结构
5. Definition of new machine configuration (units to replace or add);确定新的机床结构布置（更换或增加加工单元）
6. Creation of the machining programs on a 5-axis machine (ISO NC code):创建5轴机床的加工程序（用ISO NC码）
? Part program of each station;各工位的零件加工程序
? Collision analysis and optimization of cutting tools and clamping fixture;冲突分析和刀具及夹具优化
7. Knowledge of programs for handling-systems (P&P, robots, …);熟悉上下料程序（点到点、机器人等）
8. Preparation of pre- and final acceptance of the machines:设备与验收和终验收准备
? Setting up of the machine;机床安装调试
? Evaluation of measured parts results (SPC statistics, capability);分析零件的测量结果（统计过程控制、能力分析）
? Correct the machines based on SPC-criterias and customers specifications基于用户要求和过程控制校正机床加工
9. Creation and actualization of application documentations (working sequence, tools list, program comments, clamping concept, …);创建并制作应用文件资料（加工工序、刀具明细、程序说明、夹持原理等）
10. Start-up of the production and training at customer site.启动加工生产和用户培训

Secondary tasks:次要目标

1. Support in sales during technical discussion with customers;在与用户技术讨论时为销售提供支持
2. Prepare technical documentation for the quotation;为报价提供技术资料
3. Support of the EU design departments:为设计部门提供支持
? Design of clamping fixtures;夹具设计

4. Request of modification to EU design departments;对设计部门提出更改要求

Requirements / Education / Special knowledges:要求/学历/专项技能

Hard Skills:基本技能

? Technical qualification (university degree) with knowledges in metal cuttings technology;技术要求：（大学学历）具有金属切削技术知识
? Background in NC-programming;有NC编程背景
? Experience in: engineering, CAD/CAM knowledges;具有工程、CAD/CAM经验
? 3-5 years of working experience in a similar field (production, NC programming);3 – 5年相类似行业（生产、NC编程）的经历
? Fluent English knowledges (writing good, spoken as an option), German as second priority, other languages would be an advantage;英语流畅（书写好、能对话），德语为第二优先，会其他语言更佳
? High willingness to travel around China (40%) and to Europe few times a year for training;喜欢在国内出差（40%）和每年数次去欧洲出差
