职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for meeting sales revenue and profitability goals of the assigned accounts and for efficiently managing the distribution of the product through the office. Manages the day-to-day tasks and works closely with the supply chain and related office personnel that support the location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Promote and sell all products. Achieve revenue and profit targets.
? Promote and sell all new products. Achieve revenue and penetration targets.
? Lead in Key Account strategies and all customers in assigned territory.
? Support sales outside of territory for multi plant and multi national companies.
? Monitor and report all customer and competitive data.
? Manage the sales order process and work closely, day to day, with distribution operations, product planning and inventory management personnel.
? Develop annual sales plan for territory.
? Plan and work to budget.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
? 7+ years professional sales experience or FAE, semiconductor industry or material related preferable.
? University graduate in sales or business administration or in any engineering discipline.
? Advanced degree in business administration preferable.
? Good command of verbal and written English (and Mandarin as needed in site).
? Work experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment helpful.
? LEAN programs or related process improvement systems knowledge helpful.
? Professional sales training that is in turn used to develop sales team.
? Environmental, health and safety, integrity orientation training as required.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
? None

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
? General office environment.
