Reporting Line
Report to Executive Editor, Physical Sciences and Engineering

Responsibilities
？ Actively build up author/editor/reviewer/partner network among the scientific community in Greater China
？ Keep abreast of the latest development in Electrical Engineering and related areas worldwide, focus on emerging or hot topics as well as interdisciplinary research
？ Plan, acquire and manage Editorial Projects with Chinese authors/editors/partners. Editorial Projects include journals, books, proceedings and electronic products in Electrical Engineering and related areas
？ Ensure the high quality of the Editorial Projects, including metadata, academic content, language, etc.
？ Work closely with global Engineering team and other Springer Nature in-house teams to develop international projects/initiatives and provide local support
 
Requirements
？ Master degree, ideally PhD, in Electrical Engineering, preferably acquired in a foreign country
？ 3-5 years' work experience in international STM publishing industry
？ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team player
？ Fluent written and spoken English, excellent presentation skills
？ Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
？ Ready to travel frequently within China and occasionally overseas
？ Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
？ Highly motivated with a sense of self-discipline and of entrepreneurial interests 举报 分享
