职位描述：
Position: Commodity Buyer
Work Location: Shanghai

Job Description:
？ Report Line: Commodity Manager
？ Responsibilities:
○ Responsible for commodity(covering,foaming) sourcing activities within plants in China;
○ Issue RFQ through ASTRAS to get quotation, negotiate price several rounds to meet target, prepare sourcing recommendation and present in International Sourcing Table for sourcing approval, then finish official nomination to supplier;
○ Achieve Annual Purchasing Saving Target through Price Reduction, Supplier Resource, Localization, VAVE etc ;
○ Complete contract signing and filing within required time after Nomination;
○ Follow up sample submission after nomination;
○ Support Logistic and Quality if issues to be involved;
○ Support new design and development from supplier and recommend to R&D;
○ Other assigned tasks by superior.

Job Specification / required skills:
？ Bachelor degree or above and approx. 3 years working experiences in automotive or manufacture industry;
？ Good in English speaking and writing;
？ Basic material and products knowhow;
？ Familiar with office tools like excel, PPT, etc;
？ Active and effective communication;
？ High ability of understanding and identification;
