职位描述：
1. 与客户充分沟通，收集有效的抱怨信息，根据抱怨的紧急程度和故障件的数量，采取针对性的临时措施。Fully communicate with customers, collect effective complaint information, adopt specific temporary measures according to the emergency of complaints and the number of fault products.
2. 对客户抱怨件，制定分析计划，并组织实施。
According to the complaint products, formulate the analysis plan and organize the implementation.
3. 基于故障件分析报告，组织相关责任部门制定改进措施，编写8D报告，提交客户认可。跟踪改进措施的实施及其有效性，并提交客户验证。
Based on fault analysis report , organize relevant departments to formulate improvement measures ,compile 8D report and submit it to customers
4. 编制质量保证协议。与客户共同确定故障件的索赔类别和数量，根据质量保证协议的条款，向客户赔付或拒赔。
Compile the quality guarantee agreement. Determine, together with customers, the claim category and quantity of fault products .Reject customer claim or compensation according to the terms in quality guarantee agreement.
5. 根据客户对产品应用开发的要求，组织质量文件的编写和样件的生产，并提交给客户以取得批准。
According to customer requirement on product application development, organize the compiling of quality file and the production of samples; submit to customers to obtain approval.
6. 与客户保持密切联系，及时获取、传递客户审核信息（年度、新产品和产品变更），跟踪审核的组织工作，并陪同审核。审核纠正和预防措施的有效性，提交客户认可直至关闭。
Keep close contact with customers, timely collect and deliver customer audit information (yearly, new products, product changes), trace audit organization and accompany audit. Audit the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive actions; submit to customers till shutting down. 举报 分享
