职位描述：
As an experienced Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar, you will have an opportunity to provide the technical expertise necessary to design, develop, and implement manufacturing systems, complex manufacturing operations and sophisticated machines.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Machining workshop layout planning, new machining equipment introduction
*CNC machining equipment model selection, installation, commission and sign off
*Creating machining process control document and change management
*Optimize process machine parameter to meet product requirement
*Knife tools planning and management
*Process capacity monitoring and improvement
*Process cost evaluation to new machining process new adding or change
*Capital forecast on new machine introduction or upgrading existing
*Machining process creating, validation and trials for fist piece
*Support process planner to create CNC control parameters setup and programming
*Preventive maintenance program creating and continue improvement
*Support CNC machine calibration
*As team member to support NPI, NSI or internal improvement project
*Daily support on component machined quality issue solving

Required Qualifications:
* Professionally qualified Engineer. Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent level of relevant work experience
* 5+ years’ experience in the management and implementation of manufacturing technologies and processes.
*General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to their business.
*General awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to the business.
*Competent understanding of component drawing and geometric specifications.
*Excellent English written, reading and speaking skills.
*Proficient analytical skills enabling machining and quality data utilization.

Desired Qualifications:
* Familiar with company policies and procedures with a strong department background.
* Able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
