System Specialist with deep IT Security knowledge within Windows team, focus area Windows Compliancy, Shanghai
As a System Specialist for Windows in the focus area of compliancy you are responsible for the alignment of compliancy within the Windows deliverables. You take an end-to-end responsibility with the consumer in focus delivering business value towards set goals and priorities of Operations within OSS.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
? Secure deliveries by integrate solutions to enable measurement and reporting on central and distributed Windows Servers concerning general, security and PCIDSS system compliancy.
? Drive improvements by set up a process for communicating, testing and deployment of Windows Security Patches, to minimize service disruptions with clear routines for delayed deployment and ensure application compatibility follow up.
? Lead and enable operational follow up on delivery quality from bought services and IKEA deployment teams.
? Ensure tracking, auditing and resource monitoring for system components and data.
? Working actively together with Product Specialists owning parts of the delivery. Securing that the delivery meets the decided quality for production.
? Contributing towards infrastructure automation for highest efficiency, availability and usability.
? Contributing to business development by delivering technical expertise in projects .
? Using capacity management to optimize the service delivery with the consumer, sustainability and cost in focus.
? Ensure that relevant documentation is created with quality and shared with our partners and colleagues following set rules and standards.
Is this the right challenge for you? To be successful in this role you have to have:
? Deep knowledge in MS Windows infrastructure and security.
? Deep knowledge and experience in IT security.
? Deep knowledge on Incident and Problem management based on ITIL process.
? Good knowledge in PowerShell with working experience in an enterprise environment.
? Good knowledge in networking infrastructure.
? Good knowledge in Active Directory.
? Good knowledge in IT auditing and PCIDSS.
? Good knowledge of Risk Management.
? Good knowledge, understanding and working experience in IT operations and support.
? Knowledge of IKEA IT environments and operations.
? Knowledge of how to work within set processes, rules and guidelines.
You will need to take initiatives, interact with stakeholders and consumers, lead activities, be structured and follow the ITIL based processes. You need to have the ability to identify, clearly describe and propose improvements. As a person you are a service minded and creative problem solver with the ability to co-operate with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels as well with?external vendors. You are a good communicator and fluent in English, both spoken and written. You are outgoing, is self-driven and have proactive working ethic to lead, steer and drive continuous improvements and innovation.
