Manage switchboard, answer and transfer phone calls and messages accuracy and efficiency
高效的处理前台总机电话的接听和转接
Express receiving, delivery and register

Welcome visitor and customer. Deal with queries or requests from the internal staff and external visitors.

Meeting service support and logistics coordination

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Related monthly expenses allocation and payment arrangement

Other admin tasks assigned by line manager

Requests任职要求：
College degree or above
大专及以上
Fluent English in writing and oral
英语听说读写流利
Knowledge of MS-Office (word, excel, etc.)
熟练使用Office办公软件
Precise attention to details
