职位描述：

岗位职责：

1、 能够独立建立和理解复杂的财务模型

2、 通过研究，阅读财务报表和市场数据，能够对公司和行业进行尽职调查

3、 能够执行复杂的财务分析并设定风险阀值

4、 能够精准的分析与特定公司相关的财务信息

5、 能够快速掌握与最新可以影响市场的市场发展，新的投资产品和相关其他领域保持同步的资讯，

6、 利用专业媒体资源监控财经新闻发展和建立社交网络,以帮助公司挖掘新的客户,与潜在的投资者拓展关系

7、 准备公司和行业的相关信息并制作演示文稿/研究报告，对目标企业进行财务分析和估值并准备项目建议书和备忘录

8、 利用PPT，Excel，Word等创建高影响力的演示材料

9、 实际参与国内及海外并购交易执行过程，并对投资过程及评价

Major Responsibilities

1, Build and understand complex financial models

2, Conduct due diligence on companies and industries by research, reading financial statements and market data

3, Perform complex financial analysis and set risk thresholds

4, Analyzing financial information related to specific companies

5, Keep up to date with market developments, new investment products and all other areas that can affect markets

6, Monitoring the financial news using specialist media sources, To help companies develop new customers and expand relationships with potential investors

8, Draft and write research reports for fund manager or client use, Conduct financial analysis and valuation of target companies and prepare project proposals and memos

9, Create high-impact presentation materials using PPT, Excel, Word, etc.

10, M&A process coordination and do Investment process and evaluation

岗位要求：

1、有5年以上相关工作经历，本科及以上学历，经济/财务/金融专业背景优先；

2、具有良好的市场开拓能力、团队合作能力、沟通能力；

3、具有3年以上并购或投融资项目工作经验，了解国内或海外并购市场运作。

Requirements：

1, More than five years related internship or work experience, undergraduate or above, background in finance, banking, investment, capital markets, consulting, equity research or accounting is preferred

2, With good market development and communication skills

3, More than three years Work experience in M&A, investment or finance projects, deep understanding of domestic and overseas M&A market operations
