职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Head of Legal, especially in relation to contentious disputes in PRC, acting as a main point of contact for collecting necessary information from different internal and external parties, and put together documents needed and required
- Review real estates and tenancy agreements signed with landlords (in PRC), and coordinate with other Departments with regards to both contractual and operational issues
- Manage corporate insurance (including public liability, property damage, cargo etc) policy and renewal claims and coordinate with different departments for insurance claims (in respect of PRC business)
- Translation works with regards to English and Chinese documents
- Maintain database records and update departmental filings and alert various departments for renewal of agreements
- Conduct legal researches
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Department including planning and arranging meetings

Specifications
- Minimum of one year legal experience, preferably gained in an international law firm or international retail in-house environment
- PRC Law Degree and Professional Law Certificate obtained, specialized in Commercial Law, International Law or Economic Law preferred
- Experience in handling PRC-related commercial work is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Strong legal research skill
- Possess great commercial acumen
- Independent
- Fluent in English, Mandarin
- Attention to detail - someone who is able to spot inadequate or inaccurate information and approach internal clients for further documentation and clarification on matters
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint etc.
