职位描述：
Social Media Specialist 社交媒体执行

－ assist with DDG China and client’s marketing communications activities, under the guidance of Senior account manager.
?－ build and maintain relations with national associations／partners with the goal of positively influencing dialogue and conversations.?
－ enhance DDG China and client’s reputations though media coverage、social media platform、off-line activities.?
－ achieve yearly team key performance indicator across medias coverage and events quality.?
－ develop and/or implement DDG China and client marketing communications strategies.?
－ plan and manage events with regional partners and associations.?
－ other duties as assigned by the manager and headquarter.??

－ 在项目经理的指导下，协助DDG中国及客户的营销传播活动。?
－ 能主动地同大陆合作机构建立及维持正向公共关系。?
－ 透过媒体露出、社交平台、线上线下活动等方式，来强化DDG中国及客户的名声。?
－ 通过媒体报道和有质量的活动，完成项目年度团队绩效目标。?
－ 参与及执行DDG中国及客户营销传播策略。?
－ 协调与区域性合作伙伴及机构执行计划、管理营销活动。
?－ 完成其他由总部及主管发派的相关工作。??

Essential requirements?
－ bachelor’s degree in communication, public relations, marketing or related field.?
－ at least 2 years of company or agency communications experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. pr agency or event agency a strong plus.?
－ good network with creative industry and design industry preferred.?
－ good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.?
－ strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.?
－ ability to travel on work assignment in domestic and overseas if required.?
－ knowledge of mac OS X, including pages and numbers, keynote and other graphics software.?
－ team-player, open-minded and can-do attitude.??

基本需求?
－ 与艺术设计、市场营销、企划营销等相关之学士毕业学位?
－ 两年以上企业或营销机构工作经验，公关公司或活动组织经验者尤佳。?
－ 与设计及创意产业有良好人际关系者，优先考量。?
－ 中(简繁)/英文，听说读写流畅。?
－ 具有优秀组织能力，能同时独立处理多重任务。?
－ 能配合海外/国内出差需求。?
－ 熟悉macOS X系统，使用pages, numbers, keynote及其他设计软体。?
－ 具有良好的团队精神，秉持开放及尝试的工作态度。

What to expect?
DDG is a well know consultancy in taiwan, but in mainland China is still looking to establish its name. DDG China currently has clients and partners in shanghai, shenzhen, hong kong, Beijing and Taipei. travel to those and other locations will occur. the applicant will be responsible for independently coordinating clients, conducting events, visiting partners if necessary. The successful applicant will work directly report to senior account manager. salary will be competitive, all social welfare payments will be made by DDG according Chinese law.??
