JOB SUMMARY 职位概要
Requirements, in accordance with the hospital and department in charge of the medical equipment installation and maintenance, assist other equipment maintenance, etc.; Aims to ensure the safety of the hospital medical equipment and facilities.
依照医院及部门要求，负责分管的医疗设备安装和维护，协助其他设备维护维修工作等；目标为确保医院内各种医疗设备和设施的安全运行。

ESSENTIAL MANAGEMENT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责
1. Main responsibility is to installation and maintenance of medical equipment and accessories。
主要职责是医疗设备及其附件的安装和维护。
2. According to department responsibilities, make their own work plan。
根据部门职责，制定自己的工作计划。
3. Abide by the worker guidelines set by the hospital.
遵守医院制定的职工准则。
4. Guarantee and the service has the good communication between departments and employees.
保证和被服务的部门和员工之间有良好的沟通。
5. And the maintenance of equipment manufacturers and establish a good relationship, especially in an emergency, can get technical support.
与设备维修厂家保持和建立良好关系，特别是在发生紧急情况时，能够得到技术支援。
6. Take an active part in hospital to arrange all kinds of training.
积极参加医院安排的各类培训。
7. According to the budget preparation and management of equipment maintenance operation costs.
根据预算合理准备和管理设备维修运行的费用。
8. Makes recommendations to management for equipment update, including improvement of replacement and to upgrade equipment.
在进行设备更新时，向管理层提出建议包括改进，更换和对设备进行升级。
9. According to the department to execute and improve the maintenance procedures and ensure the daily maintenance work smoothly. Maintenance procedures including application, report, allocation, scheduling, follow up, cost calculation, communication/feedback and maintenance records, equipment archives.
根据部门要求执行和完善维修工作程序，确保日常维修工作的顺利进行。维修工作程序包括申请、报告、分配、时间安排、跟进、成本计算、沟通/回馈和维修记录保存、设备档案。
10. Apply the proper medical equipment parts for stock according to the dosage.
根据用量申请适当的医疗设备配件作为库存。
11. Energy saving and follow up plan is put forward, in order to reduce running cost.
提出节能和跟进计划，以便降低运行成本。
12. Fully understand the hospital fire and personal safety, and emergency procedures.
充分理解医院防火和人身安全，以及紧急情况处理程序。
13. Maintain a safe working environment, maintaining the height of the working area clean and tidy.
维持一个安全可靠的工作环境，保持维护所在工作区域的高度整洁。
14. in a professional/positive way with superiors and employees to establish a close relationship to promote team spirit and effective two-way communication.
以职业的/积极的方式与上级和员工建立起亲密关系以促进团队精神和有效的双向交流。
15. Complete hospital or other tasks from supervisor.
完成医院或上级交待的其它任务。

? Over 1 years of working experience required in specific industry/field
超过1年的相关领域的工作经验
? Education: Medical engineering, automation, electronic information, computer maintenance, mechanical and electrical integration, medical equipment maintenance and other related professional undergraduate course graduation。
教育背景：医学工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机维护、机电一体化、医疗设备维护等相关专业本科毕业
? Language: Good communications skills in Chinese Mandarin, good reading & writing skills in English
语言：良好的中文沟通能力；良好的英文阅读能力
? Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

            按照国际标准（JCI）和中国标准设计建造的上海德达医院是德达医疗集团设在上海的首家以提供心血管疾病医疗服务为主的综合性医院。德达医院及德达心血管中心位于上海虹桥交通枢纽以西七公里的徐泾地区，总建筑面积五万平方米，一期设有200张床位，二期350张床位。

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics.
