Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or admin will be a plus;
2. Fluent English, has working experience in foreign enterprise.
3. 5-8 years HR working experience.
4. Skilled at Excel and other office software.
5. Positive, well organized, mature, good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities:
1. Overall management of HR&Admin in SH office.
2. Partner with central HR team to hire right people in place and help them being effectively integrated into the organization.
3. Support on talent management, succession planning and performance differentiation to drive a culture of performance, and to make sure the organization has solid talent and pipeline to fuel the future business growth.
4. Contribute to maintain staff morale and company culture.
5. Work with central HR team to ensure policies are implemented effectively;
