Contributes to the achievement of the store/department sales objectives, being in charge of sales activities, and ensuring customer loyalty, through the quality of the service delivered and the relations established, as well as promoting the cross-selling, in line with corporate image and service standards

Responsibilities
职责


Provides the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to other department if necessary, packing and providing support during payment
提供最优质的服务，包括但不仅限于迎宾，了解客户需求，帮助试穿，连锁销售，其他部门的产品指引，购买结算，货品包装等


Takes charge of customers’ repair requests, and ensures that corporate after sales procedures are properly activated
负责接待客户的维修要求，确保良好的售后服务


Ensures the implementation of CRM initiatives and customers’ personal data collection
收集完整的客户资料，以确保CRM项目的实施


Looks after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency
协助完成店铺正常营运的日常工作


Support colleagues in charge of product replenishment and stock activities, to ensure store efficiency
协助完成产品补货等后仓工作


Ensure that products are ready for sale, following visual guide lines
确保产品符合售前标准，视觉陈列遵循公司要求


Support colleagues in charge of administrative activities, to ensure store efficiency
协助完成店铺内的行政事务
