INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1. 具有2-3年的销售经验
2-3 years of experience in sales.
2. 具有在大型复合企业中的工作经验
Experience with large, complex organizations.
3. 具有丰富全方位的客户管理经验
Experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
4. 具有较强的市场动态洞察力和了解客户及市场需求能力。
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
5. 自愿出差并成为专业团队中一员。
Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
6. 积极思考,并提出可行方案。
Positive thinker, solution oriented

POSITION AUTHORITY/职位权限
1. 根据公司的SOP文件及规定为客户报价。
Issue quotations within company SOPs and rules
2. 以公司的目标及销售原则为准则与客户进行销售订单或合同谈判。
Negotiate orders/contracts within company targets and guidelines
3. 在国内销售经理或产品销售经理的要求下根据公司与供应商的销售准则就年度供应合同与供应商协商谈判
Negotiate with key accounts for annual supply contracts, according to company and supplier guidelines, as defined by Manager-Domestic Sales and Second Line Sales Manager
4. 如在谈判中对方不肯让步侵犯了公司的利益违反了国内销售经理的建议,销售有权停止谈判。
Authority to stop incompliant operation across the company and advise Manager-Domestic Sales of the infringement.
