本岗位将入职于同一集团下的制造型企业。
岗位职责：
1. New product translation per drawings and technical
requirements; new options design or design modification under customer specific requests.
根据图纸和技术要求完成产品设计；根据客户具体的要求设计新方案或者做设计修改。
2. Part/BOM create, maintenance and on time system updated; Standard operation time review and maintenance.
物料，BOM,标准时间建立和维护，并及时更新系统。
3. Take care of ECN kick-off and maintenance for specified products/parts.
产品或物料的工程设计变更申请和维护。
4. Perform sampling and test& experiment.
样品制作，测试和实验
5. Technical support and training to production, quality, sourcing etc. the related functions.
为生产，质量，采购及其他相关部门提供技术支持和培训。
6. Design SOP and jig & fixture, other technical support in the workshop
建立标准作业指导书，设计工装夹具，以及提供其他生产现场的技术支持。
7. Set up and maintain fixtures and equipments of engineering or production.
新建和维护工程或生产用途的工装夹具和设备。
8. Communication on technical and products information exchange with internal and external customers.
与内部和外部客户沟通技术和产品信息。
9. Technical analysis and problem solving for engineering or production.
为工程或生产提供技术分析和绝决问题
10. Technical data and criteria set-up, maintenance, and safely filling;
技术资料和标准的建立，维护和安全保管存档。
11. Participate in new product development/quality improvement/cost reduction projects.
参加新产品开发/质量改进/成本降低等项目。
12: Other tasks as assigned.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Automation major;
机械或自动化专业毕业，本科或以上学历
2. 3 years above relevant experiences in design and production，with lean production experience would be better.
3年以上设计、生产工作经验,最好有精益生产经验。
3. Skilled in Microsoft Office software; proficiency in use of AutoCAD and Solidworks software
能熟练使用office软件；精通AutoCAD, Solidworks软件的使用。
4. Experience in ERP systems will be better;
有ERP系统使用经验者优先考虑
5. With knowledge and experience on electrical work, electronics, holding Electrician certificate would be a plus
有一定的电工、电子知识和经验(有电工证书者优先)
6. High awareness of quality oriented, initiative and team work spirit;
有很强的质量意识，主动性和团队合作精神
7. Hardworking, accountable and willing to work under pressure;
工作努力，有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
有良好的沟通和人际交往能力
9. Good command of both spoken and written English will be a plus
