Position description:
1. Responsible for establish and maintain organization structure of each department, job responsibilities, procedures and norms established, maintain and improve.
2. Formulate annual plan according to the strategic objectives of the company, control the annual budget of the department, and ensure the annual plans and goals achieved.
3. Implement and ensure compliance with localKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Responsible for embedded system hardware design (component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototype debug, test, verification)
? Design and create high quality hardware engineering specifications for embedded controls systems based on product technical requirements
? Manage and maintain high reliability application hardware for various industrial controls systems
? Maintain, improve and utilize the existing hardware design base as well as hardware revision controls
? Manage and coordinate with PCBA manufacturers for design related ongoing PCBA manufacturing matters and quality assurance
? Act as technical resource to other departments on specific embedded controls related issues
? Responsible to meet timelines and schedules for specific projects and tasks assigned
? Follow company standards as well as processes and provides training materials for internal and external clients related to interpreting controls specifications, identifying costs, outlining testing procedures, and controls revision and programming methods
? Source new methods or technologies to meet specific project/product requirements to improve performance and reduce cost across product lines

BACKGROUND AND SKILLS

? Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Controls/Computer Science or equivalent
? 3+ years' experience with embedded industrial controls system design (high reliability and robust application hardware design experience is preferred)
? Experiences with embedded microprocessor architectures/systems (i.e. MCU, ARM, DSP, PowerPC, Coldfire, etc.)
? 3+ years of hands-on development experience using at least one of the EDA design tools (such as Altium Designer, OrCAD/Allegro, PADS or DxDesigner/Expedition)
? Ability to read schematics and interpret, optimize and work with an existing hardware base
? Experiences with Fieldbus (such as Modbus, CAN, Profibus) and TCP/IP based and other network and communication protocols
? Skilled in writing structured technological documentation
? Experiences with process industry environment such as water treatment plant is preferred
? Self-starter with limited supervision
? Willing to travel globally
? Excellent English communication skills, both in speaking and writing
? Team work spirit. Enthusiasm in new technology. policies and regulations, set workplace system establishment, provide and organize resources to ensure the successful operation of production unit.
4. Organize subordinate departments to formulate annual work plan, execute and review.
5. Distinguish operation risk, continuous improvement to make the risk to minimum.
6. Other tasks assigned by the company.
