Responsibility:
Has the complete responsibility for the project from project start (nomination of the core team) to project end (SOP plus 6 months or hand over to serial support)
Represents the project and maintains relationship externally and internally
Provides a regular communication with all project stakeholder
Is responsible for change and risk management
Provides fast and consensus orientated solutions, especially between customer request and technically, timely, economically or qualitative possible solutions
Is responsible for the successful execution of all tasks necessary to ensure that the defined project goals are achieved technically, timely, economically or qualitative.
Main tasks of the PM
Support Sales Manager with acquisition and quote preparation
Preparation and actualization of the project agreement and coordination with the project group manager and the CC's
Directs the core team within the scope of the project with directive authority
Creates the master schedule and adjusts this schedule with the detailed plans of the departments represented in the core team
Secures the competencies and capacities in agreement with the line manager
Appraisal of development costs for PCIS (basis capacity estimation of the CC PMs)
Plans, monitors and manages the project development
Drives capital request (CR)
Coordinates the requirements and integration of the whole system jointly with the core team and the design team
Regular supervision and controlling of the project budget / cost and the product cost
Identifying, budgeting, arranging and documenting the extent of modifications
Identify project risks and comprehensive plan and control of countermeasures
Invitation and assistance with the internal reviews
Regular reports to the project sponsor
Escalate problems that core team cannot solve to the project group manager for solution
Regular communication and relationship care between all internal and external parties
Supports customer audits
Coordination of quantities and deadlines of prototype production with customer

Requirement:
- At least 5 years of mixed HW and SW development experience in Automotive industry;
- Some years of abroad experience is desired;
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience;
- Must be native Chinese speaker and fluent in English;
