Vehicle E/E system engineering Development:

In charge of E/E architecture definition and optimization :
? Technical interface to the customer E/E architecture teams with the capability to work E/E architecture concept fitting with customer requirements,
? Technical coordination of activities in order to achieve a single technical voice to the customer in terms of electric and electronic architecture,
? Management of E/E architecture definition process
? Introduction of the cross-domain technologies (multiplex network, AUTOSAR, )
? Implementation of the project structure, the methodology and the processes necessary during the complete development cycle,

? CANDIDAT SKILLS

? Experience (type, years, international)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of automotive electronic and/or electric products, in direct interface with the customer. An experience in two domains (among body, driver information, infotainment, chassis, powertrain, safety, wiring harness) will be appreciated.
? Background / school:
Electronic engineer.
? Special knowledge:
Automotive multiplexed network and software technologies.
? Social competences
Strong technical charisma, communication skills and ease of integration.
The position requires a strong capability of listening, understanding and synthetizing.
? Specificities of the job
Mobility required (customer presence).
Frequent contacts to customers and all Continental divisions
? Potential / future development of the employee:
Potential development towards Project Leader, Project Manager.
