职位描述
Responsibility:
1. Develop local customer application hardware (Diesel/Gasoline control unit).
Perform design analysis (DFMEA, Worst Case Analysis etc)
Ensure customer application hardware meeting project specific needs/requirements.
Ensure design to cost and design for manufacturing.
2. Lead or guide the maintenance, enhancement, testing, analyzing and support of existing hardware.
3. Support hardware generic development or platform development with experience and knowledge from local market.
4. Support & cooperate with software/system/calibration team in project range as needed.
Support customer's system application in project range is needed.
5. Ensure the development work going through Continental's processes, guidelines and methodology.
Required Competence:
1. Advanced knowledge and tools of electrical hardware development (Design, Analysis, verification, validation, trouble shooting...).
2. Strong hands-on lab experiential skills.
3. Strong experience in motion control OR switching power supply circuit.
4. Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics, software, calibration, testing and system development is preferred.
5. (Advanced) knowledge of design to cost and design for manufacturing.
6. Quality and development process knowledge.
7. Cooperating skills and communication skills with internal & external customers.
8. Advanced English level.
