职位描述
Key Responsibilities
? Implement standards for Supplier Quality Assurance metrics and supplier qualification
? Perform quality assurance activities to secure a capable supplier base regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment within his/her own technical competence area.
? Communicate requests and assure expedient and reliable corrective action from the supplier if a problem or failure occurs that is relevant to the Supplier's product .This includes working closely with supply chain engineering and process engineering as appropriate.
? Implement ongoing supplier process & product audits, source inspections and Continuous Improvement.
? Drive Supplier evaluation/audit methodology, raw material inspection processes, supplier quality performance guidelines and supplier quality notification processes (corrective actions, etc.) and return procedures.
? Collaborate with Sourcing Personnel and other departments as required.
Qualifications Requirements
? BS in mechanical engineering with least 5 years' working experience.
? Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
? 3 or more years' international experience in manufacturing such as metal machining, casting and stamping, injection moulding, quality or supplier management, preferred works in medical products manufacturing environment.
? Good knowledge and understanding of quality system ISO 9001, Working knowledge of SPC, CPK, Gage R&R evaluation, process validation and etc.
? Must have solid business sense and experience dealing directly with suppliers and/or customers
