Position description
Review customer quality requirements at project developing phase;
Establish and maintain system quality assurance plan;
Review System FMEA or PIN-OUT FMEA and methodically advice and guide the team through the process;
Moderate planned system milestone and gate reviews on time;
Initiate and track APQP and PPAP processes;
Co-responsible for internal releases of the developed work products (System, Calibration, FSW etc.);
Review/approve system verification and validation plan and reports;
Drive problem solving during design development and mass production;
Deal with customer complaints and support customer and project team to define root cause and correct action plan.
Monitor IPTV, lead continuous improvement.
Support change management in accordance with internal and external process and implemented without faults.
Support Customer service in handling 0km/field returned parts and tracking and review analysis report. Support counterclaim when necessary.
Support QA agreement negotiation and signing;

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic or Automotive Engineering;
3 years or above experience in the automotive industry;
Basic knowledge about Engine Management System framework, testing and validation, engine calibration is a plus;
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a technical environment, with multiple projects and customers;
Good experience in quality management, change management and development processes and methods, project management is a plus;
Have experience in Quality tools and problem solving techniques, FMEA, MES, DOE, MCA, pPCA, 8D, POKA YOKE
Familiar with Quality standards and laws ISO TS 16949 VDA6.3, IMDS, ELV, SPIC, CMMI, functional safety.)
Open minded and good communication skill;
Initiative and be able to work under pressure;
Good English
