Now we are looking for Finance Accounting Manager to join in Yiwu factory.

主要职责：
1. 全面负责财务会计部的日常管理工作，建立健全工厂财务会计管理体系；
2. 依据健全的财务管理原则，发挥财务管理功能；
3. 组织制定财务会计管理制度及有关规定，制定财务计划，对工厂的各项经济活动进行财务监督，控制运营风险；
4. 有效筹划与运用工厂的资金，维持账款的登录与整理；
5. 负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告、财务报告，提供管理决策依据；
6. 健全会计核算体系，指导核算工作，确保财务报告的准确性；
7. 根据工厂经营计划，提出年度财务计划，作为资金运用的依据；
8. 负责向总经理汇报财务状况和经营成果，定期或不定期汇报各项财务收支和盈亏情况，以便领导及时进行决策；
9. 负责工厂全面的资金调配、资产管理工作，成本核算、会计核算和分析工作；
10. 按会计制度规定定期进行存货盘点，以确保公司的资产，并使实际存量与账列数字彼此符合；
11. 提出财务、会计及预算等制度，负责其施行时有关的协调与联系工作，并负责实施状况；
12. 依据税法规定，处理式各项税务事宜，做到合理避税；
13. 负责组织部门员工对税法的熟悉了解，做到依法办事；
14. 督导所属人员，依照工作标准或要求，有效执行其工作，确保本部门目标的达成；
15. 负责制定、落实本部门的工作计划，对下属人员业务指导、培训与考核工作

基本要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，财务管理专业、经济管理专业等相关专业毕业，具备会计任职资格；
2. 8年以上制造业财务会计从业经验，有饰品行业经验的优先考虑；
3. 熟练掌握国家与义务地区出口退税政策，随时了解政策变化并进行落实；
4. 精通企业会计准则，相关财税法规，出口型企业财务报告编制；
5. 具有一定的领导能力、判断与决策能力、协调能力、人际沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力；
6. 为人诚实、正直、有责任心，工作认真细致，爱岗敬业，能吃苦耐劳；
7. 英语读写良好，能口语交流为佳，能熟练使用办公软件。
