职位描述：
岗位职责：

 1) Taking care of proposals making & sales of ventilation hood and air system rebuild and upgrade for China paper industry customers, the responsible product could be wet end ventilation, blow boxes of wet end and dryer section, heat recovery, and air balance of hood, energy & Ventilation audit, etc.

2)Perform studies and analysis for various application and solutions, promoting improvement and upgrade solutions & components.

3)Make proposals to customer for fit for purpose, sell products and solutions to achieve the sales target.

4)Customer visit, onsite measurements, technical presentation, quotation, bidding, negotiation, feedback, etc.

5)Benchmarking of different ventilation system and coating dryers drying capacity to find potential for customer to save energies.

6)Develop references, customer care, and relation handling.

7)Follow up customer complaints to optimize customer satisfaction requirements.

8)Collect market and competitive information, analysis, identify business opportunities, and develop potential customers.

9)Check and follow up engineering material integrity and correctness, coordinating with SHA and XIA, as well Finland Relative department to develop business.

10)Follow up engineering work development locally, collect problems and give suggest, discuss with business manager then give solution and follow up the situation



任职要求：

1)Fluent in Mandarin and English.

2)B.Sc. degree in Pulp and Paper education from a university.

3)> 3-5 year work experience on ventilation & air system, as well paper machines.

4)Familiar with air flow and energy chain calculations, technically, could handle the responsible area independently.

5)Coordinate and manage tasks in the matrix.

6)Knew internal network and efficiently use internal resources.

7)Production and technical supervisor or above positions in paper mills and experience in advantaged higher speed paper machine

8)Knowledge about leading paper machinery technology is an advantage.

9)Customer value orientated and strong commitment

10)Self-motivation, willing to expand the responsible area within a developing organization.

11)Hard work and able to work on-site for audit and measurement.
