Title：销售工程师

Report to : MRO副经理

Location: 江苏仪征/扬州/泰州

岗位职责:

1、协助部门经理开发MRO产品线，参与MRO产品的商务及技术谈判，以保证公司产品线能够有效地满足市场需求，并且根据客户要求不断发展及扩充产品线。

2、提供产品的市场调查，产品信息的完善并作好产品的市场宣传，以保持公司能提供有竞争力的产品和服务。

3、参与产品的选型以及技术资料的维护，负责产品样册的制作以及网站的设计。

4、提供客户的现场技术支持工作，包括挖掘客户需求并提出方案和操作指导。

5、熟悉开拓新市场，发展和维护客户。

6、拜访重点客户寻找机会达成订单，并促使销售额稳步提升。

7、参与项目的招投标工作，包括投标文档的准备、项目进度管理以及订单的跟踪等流程。

8、进行销售数据分析以及市场调查，遵守公司营销政策。

1. Under guidance of department manage to identify products within assigned product lines, selection and qualified related suppliers. Implement expansion of product lines to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Continuously supply the market intelligence on products, suppliers, competitive offering and market trends. Ensures all product and product lines are presented clearly to the customer to maximize effect of advertising.

3. Responsible for the product selection & integrity of the product information, prepare the product catalog and website.

4. Provide technical training & on site technical support for the custom.

5. Identify and develop potential business opportunities in China, new accounts development and accounts management.

6. Maintain good business relationships with the key account customers to reach sales target.

7. Involve in the project bidding including tender documents preparation, scheduling and in-depth tracking.

8. To do market research & sales data analysisfor the target custom, comply with company's sales policy .

任职要求：

1. 理工类大学及以上学历，英语良好。

2. 三年以上销售经验，熟悉工厂非生产性材料或备品备件物资及采购流程优先。

3. 至少需要熟悉以下MRO产品中的一项或几项，金属加工、工具、安全安防、物料搬运、仪器仪表、HVAC或工业化学品，能够为客户提供有效地现场技术支持和产品培训。

4. 倾听、获取客户信任，帮客户提供相应解决方案。有效地沟通技巧，能够影响与引导客户，具有钢铁行业或其他大型客户资源者优先。

5. 能够有效的管理内部与外部资源，更快实现商业目标。

6. 具备良好的商业计划、解决问题、时间管理和组织能力。

7. 有较强的演讲技巧以及以客户为中心的精神。

8. 熟练运用电脑，能够适应经常性出差。
