职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Supervise costing accountant and GL accountant and resolve issues that cannot be handled.
2. Take charge of monthly closing process, review all manual vouchers, and prepare and submit reporting packages.
3. Finance window to other departments and communicate with operational department to discuss issues and put forward constructive suggestions to close the issue.
4. Coach new comer if any, and backup team members on costing & GL job
5. Tax/SAFE issue follow up, annually internal audit, SOX audit, tax filing coordinate
6. Assist in forecast preparation.
Other Requirements
1. Have 5-year work experience at least in financial area and be an accounting manager/supervisor overlooking the whole accounting/financial reporting process at least 2 years.
2. Master at preparing and analyzing financial reporting packages.
3. Manufacturing and Multi-national Company back ground is a must.
4. Familiar with tax and SAFE regulations.
5. Excellent at Excel, and other Microsoft office software.
6. Self-motivated, hard-working, good team leader and team player, willing to work overtime.
QAD experience is preferred.
