PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible to manage the warehouse management (ASTRO) and order manage (GTS) systems, to secure availability and running operations, as well to drive and support further development projects in the local unit.
Responsible for all the IT operating and administrative work in DC, in charge of implementing and securing the IT infrastructure and IT security policy based on IKEA IT standard, control and follow up the IT investment and contracts. Maintain the IT servers and equipments in the DC in good level.

MAIN ASSIGNMENTS:
? Maintain and optimize the warehouse system (ASTRO/GTS) and IT system as per IKEA global standard level supporting the local unit to achieve excellence in running operations.
? Sit in regional WMS meeting and propose change requests & do ROI analysis of new CR on behalf of local DC.
? Handle ASTRO/GTS new releases implementation in local DC and secure related training to maximally utilize the ASTRO functions.
? Be responsible for DC warehouse efficiency projects, on both system and working method perspective.
? Attend regional IWL /IT meetings and join global projects after getting alignment of local DC Mgr to develop the new solution and pilot in local DC and support to roll out in other DCs on region level
? Responsible for range management & warehouse capacity assessment by pallets types , Logistic set up maintenance etc related jobs .
? Take lead in pre-study, mapping, warehouse logistics approval, Business Acceptance Test and other related project for Warehouse Logistic set up in DC start up process.
? Involve for IT budgeting proposal and follow up.
? Responsible for service contracts for all IT equipment and SLA with global IT organization and external vendors.
? Secure the availability of the main servers (IBM and NT servers with cluster concept)
? Responsible to secure IT security standards and implement a emergency concept according to the IT Business Continuity Plan
? Support and execute the ideals of "The Human Resource Idea" with regard to recruitment, training, development and leadership of the system team.

COMPETENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
? Bachelor degree in Logistics, Information Technology, or related. 5 years experience in IT, logistic or WMS, at least 3 years WMS key user/IT administrator experience,
? Familiar with AS/RS system, experience of implementing WMS is a plus. Excellent experiences of modern warehouse operations.
? Experience in Microsoft systems and database product, a UNIX system experience , SQL & BO etc experiences would be preferred.

*The mobility is required in 2-3 years.
