1) Responsibility

工作职责:

- Responsible for facilities and equipments’ daily operation and maintenance

- 日常设施设备的运行和维护

- Implement preventive maintenance regularly to keep all the facilities and equipments in good order

- 进行定期的预防性维护, 确保所有设备处在正常的工作状态

- Execute inspection activities according to maintenance plan, and keep record

- 根据维护计划对设施进行检测检查,并作相应的记录

- Take the corrective/preventive actions of issues finding during the daily inspection/maintenance

- 在日常检查和维修工作中对所发现的问题及时采取纠正和预防措施

- Rapidly response to deal with emergency situation

- 遇到紧急维修状况时能及时响应

- Coordinate and supervise with external service provider to implement maintenance or project to ensure the quality complied with Quality Standard and IKEA requirements

- 协调并监管供应商(外包商)在仓库内的维修工作或项目工程, 并进行验收已确保施工质量到达相关的质量标准和满足宜家的要求

Knowledge & Experience

专业知识技能：

- Relevant work experiences on facility and equipment maintenance

- 在设施和设备维护方面相关知识和经验

- Knowledge and experience on electrical and mechanical maintenance

- 有电气和机械维修方面的知识和经验

- Experience on trouble shooting of automatic equipment

- 有自动化设备维修的经验

- Have qualified certification of HV and LV

- 具有高低压操作证书和等级证书

- Experience on HVAC and low current system

- 在暖通和弱电方面有一定的经验

- Knowledge about PLC and inverter drive

- 了解PLC和变频器驱动

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
