主要职责：

Responsibilities：
1、通过电话开发新客户，挖掘潜在客户培训需求；

To find new clients and potential needs of clients through telesales;

2、深入了解客户的培训需求及现有课程资源，为客户解决问题的同时，实现销售目标；

Having a good understanding of both clients’ needs and our products, to accomplish business objectives;

3、通过电话、上课现场与学员和客户的沟通，维护和跟进，实现二次销售；

To keep good relationship with the clients through communication; to maintain the relationship and discover new opportunities of selling;

4、参与团队分享，指导助理培训顾问的工作；引进行业资源，与讲师保持良好沟通；

Organize share meetings and share experience and ideas with team members as well as other colleagues; coach assistant training consultant; introduce new trainers and other resources of the industry; Establish good relationship with trainers;
5、了解公司其他产品，销售公司的其他产品，实现跨部门产品的销售和合作。

Learn all products of Kenexa to make a Cross-Selling.

任职资格：

Qualifications：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销/管理/人力资源/英语/心理学专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing /Management /Human Resource /English /Psychology preferred;

2、两年以上电话销售经验，培训/咨询公司工作经验优先；

2 years of relevant experience in telesales, training solution selling or consulting preferred; or a similar position in training companies;

3、善于思考和学习，能够敏锐察觉市场发展动态并及时做出销售方法的改进；

Enjoying learning and thinking; having business acumen of the dynamic market, and making timely improvement of selling skills;
4、善于沟通和分析，对目标客户进行有效筛选，能够准确抓住客户的需求点，并迅速反应；

Excellent communication skills and good at analytical thinking abilities are required; being able to precisely grasp the needs of clients and quick response to them at very first time;

5、对于培训及咨询有浓厚兴趣，有一定抗压能力，愿意从事挑战性大的工作。
Having interest and passion in training consulting; being willing to work under pressure and engage in challenging work.
