职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITY
1、 Take responsible for production data collect and analysis, make sure the data timely, accuracy, and support Process Engineer execute continual improvement in daily work.
2、 Draw the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for each process station.
3、 Take responsible for sample build and ship on time.
4、 Take responsible for operator training and qualification.
5、 Deal with the production abnormal,
6、 Technical communication with global team.

QUALIFICATION
1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in science, engineer, semiconductor is prefer.
2、 New graduates in 2017
3、 Good skill in G D&T and drawing.
4、 Well known in SPC, QC tools, strong skill in data analysis.
5、 Good communication skill, and good team work, good expression ability with strong logically.
6、 Good English skill in speaking and writing.

Qinex Process Technician （工艺技术员）

RESPONSIBILITY
1. 负责收集、分析生产过程数据，确保数据的及时性、准确性，协助工艺工程师进行生产数据分析并进行持续改进。
2. 负责各生产工序的标准作业流程（SOP）的制定。
3. 负责工程样品的生产与及时发货。
4. 负责生产工序的员工技能考核。
5. 生产过程中异常情况的现场处理。
6. 产品工艺问题与global的沟通。

QUALIFICATION
1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历，理工科专业，半导体专业优先；
2. 2017应届毕业生
3. 能读懂图纸；了解几何公差标准；
4. 了解SPC、QC七大手法等数据统计分析工具，具备良好的分析能力；
5. 具有良好的团队精神和较强的协调能力，清晰的逻辑表达能力；
