Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related
2. 1-2 years working experience is prefered. 2016 fresh graduates with engineering major will also be considered.
3. ERP experience (Oracle ERP r11 or r12 preferred; SAP, Baan, et al. considered) & PLM experience (Agile 9.3 preferred; MatrixOne, Enovia, Windchill, et al. considered) is prefered.
4. Experience in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills
5. Be able to communicate fluently in English

Brief Posting Description
The Data Governance (DG) Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining Bills-of-Materials (BOMs), Suppliers, and Customers Oracle ERP systems. The DG Analyst will perform diversified tasks to initiate, change and control BOM, Supplier, and Customer records to ensure data health and quality integrity in the ERP database.

Detailed Posting Description
The DG Analyst will primarily support the make sites by creating and maintaining product make BOMs, for a variety of businesses and products throughout the product lifecycle via established policies, procedures, and practices. He/she will also provide general product configuration support and guidance to a variety of functional areas with varying degrees of BOM literacy, including design, program management, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, IT, and finance. The DG Analyst will make extensive use of Agile PLM and Oracle ERP reporting and analytic tools; perform where-used analysis and change impact research; manage mass changes; provide guidance on BOM solutions for diverse and dynamic product structures in a complex supply chain; and manage change holistically from raw materials to finished goods.
The DG Analyst will also support Purchasing and Order Management with the creation and maintenance of suppliers and customers for a variety of businesses and products throughout the product lifecycle via established policies, procedures, and practices.
He/she will leverage a strong understanding of downstream BOM, supplier, and customer impact to effectively and efficiently drive material planning, procurement, manufacturing and finance. The DG Analyst will work closely with other BOM and Cost Analysts as well as Purchasing and Order Management to drive accuracy of suppliers, customers, and manufacturing BOMs, including category coding and standard costing. He/she will work closely with design BOM analysts, manufacturing engineers, planners, buyers, logistics, customer service reps, and finance during the setup process to ensure that suppliers, customers, components and structures are aligned with product design documentation and data governance policies and that setups and changes are properly completed.
In conjunction with the routine workflow, the DG Analyst will work on various projects such as line moves, acquisition integrations, software upgrade testing, quality improvement projects, and cross-training. The DG Analyst must be able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
