Major Responsibilities/主要职责

1.仓库的日常单证管理

Daily file and document management

2.仓库的安全卫生管理。

Warehouse management of safety and health.

3.库存的控制及管理；

Inventory control and management;

4.库存分析，账龄分析以及ABC管理方法.

Inventory analysis，aging analysis and ABC management.

5.确保帐务，实物，系统管理帐一致

Liaise with the book account, goods, ERP;

6.同质量部门合作监控供应商产品的质量,

Work with quality department to monitor the quality and quantity of supplied products；

7.ERP操作

EPR Operation

8.处理客户以及其他部门投诉

Deal with the claim from customer and other departmet;

9.对于公司出台的政策以及规定，主动全面的了解，并全力配合。

Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company;

10.作好安全库存和正常库存的预测，做到库存适量化，防止缺货现象的发生，保持最佳的库存水平；

Proceed with the safety stock forecasting but make sure its stock at a optimized level to avoid the stockout.

11.完成部门主管及经理交办的其它工作

The completion of the departments and other works assigned by the manager

12.日常6S管理

Daily 6s management

Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position/任职资格

1 仓库管理或者相关专业，

Major in warehouse management or related field,

1.1年以上仓库管理或者物流，供应链管理工作经验；

1 years’ experience in purchasing, logistics or supply chain management or above.

2.熟练使用电脑以及办公软件, 熟悉ERP或者SAP；

Be skilled in MS Office software, ERP or SAP.

3.良好的时间管理;

Good ability in time management;

4.具有较强的责任心及团队合作精神。

Have strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
