职位描述
Major Responsibilities/主要职责
1.根据公司SOP文件以及方针与公司其它部门通力协作;
Co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines;
2.按照公司的设定采购要求和考核标准协助采购助理准备采购单证
Prepare the purchasing document as per company’s purchasing policy and KPI requirement
3.按照公司的设定采购要求和考核标准对于国内供应商进行日常管理(定单下达,跟踪对方生产进度、发货、运输、以及我方入库,付款等的进程。并与供应商和公司其它部门就有关技术、品质等问题的沟通与协调)
Proceed with the daily operation as per company’s purchasing policy and KPI requirement ( Order issuing, supplier’s production, delivery and payment following, turn-in, etc. Coordinate with other department and supplier about technical and quality problem).
4.协助采购助理有效的管理现有的供应商,使其按照公司的标准运作并评价供应商的业绩.
Assist Assistant-Procurement Import&Transportation for Effective manage the existing supplier and make sure all supplier operate as per company standard, and lead the evaluation and qualification process of suppliers;
5.协助采购助理对于合格供应商的管理认证工作;
Assist Assistant-Procurement Import&Transportation for Managing procurement from qualified suppliers.
6.协助采购助理管理维护合格供应商数据库;
Assist Assistant-Procurement Import&Transportation for Managing qualified suppliers database;
7.协助仓库主管进行库存的管理及控制;
Assist warehouse supervisor to proceed with inventory management & control.
8.同仓库和工程部合作监控供应商产品的质量.
Working with quality &warehouse department to monitor the quality and quantity of supplied products.
9.ERP日常操作;
Daily operation of ERP.
10.处理其他部门以及客户投诉;
Deal with the claim from customer and other department;
11.按照标准执行6S管理及安全管理
6S management and security management as per standard.
12.对于公司出台的政策以及规定,主动全面的了解,并全力配合。
Give full cooperation and coordination to all policies and regulations issued by company
Inventory of Knowledge & Skills Required for Position/任职资格
1.1年以上单证管理或者物流管理工作经验;
1 years’ experience in document or logistics management or above.
2.1年以上同等职位管理工作经验;
1years’ experience in management position or above.
3.熟练使用电脑以及办公软件,熟悉ERP或者SAP;
Be skilled in MS Office software, ERP or SAP.
4.具有较好的英语读写能力;
Good overall English language skills.
5.良好的谈判技巧,以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力;
Good negotiating and problem solving skills.
6.良好的时间管理、项目管理以及供应商管理能力;
Good ability in time management, project management, and supplier management, etc.
