职位描述：
Main Function:
1 Set up and undertake CFD simulations and predictions for centrifugal Blower wheel and scroll that achieves optimum solution to good performance, lower noise and lower power consumption.
2 Analyze and verification of benchmarking programs
3 Compile new and innovative design concepts
4 Correlate R&D tests
5 Participate in HVAC design project teams
6 Apply knowledge of blower wheel & scroll and computational fluid dynamics to the design of blower and HVAC system.
7 Assist in the analysis and resolution of blower wheel & scroll design problems
8 Participate in VA/VE activities
9 Assist in project feasibility studies
10 Assist in development and implementation of test plan

Selection Criteria:
 - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form, with people at all levels within the organization and customers, including effective facilitation and participation in meetings.
 - Demonstrated competence in the use of computer applications, including spread sheets word processing project management data bases
 - Proficient in Star CCM+ or CFX and its application to Automotive HVAC analysis;
 - Proficient in using meshing tools like ANSA, ICEM or TurboGrid;
 - Proficient in centrifugal blower including theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and have some experience of impeller and volute design.
 - Familiar with aeroacoustics simulation and analysis of blower will be preferred.
 - Experience using Catia or other 3D structure software
 - Proficient in English
 - Demonstrated ability to participate and contribute within a team environment.
 - Demonstrated achievement in application of CFD in blower wheel & scroll design.
 - Willing to travel at a short notice
 - Demonstrated ability to organize and priorities activities and achieve targets within tight time constraints. 举报 分享
